5/26/09: This heater supply pipe is rusted nearly beyond utility. It will be cut shorter, sand blasted and painted to prevent further corrosion.

Before (and directly below is the after): all signs of rust have been eliminated. This original undercoating is still functional.

Even though this engine bay is not being restored, some functional parts need to be done. This fan is painted safety yellow for a reason.
