Although a "driver", this car is very tired and mostly original.
Fenders are removed and engine and transmission taken out.
To do the job right the interior is stripped.
Since it is not wise to install the engine and transmission into a freshly restored car, the engine bay is treated first.
After rebuilding, the engine will go into the restored engine bay BEFORE final paint work or the rest of the body is done.
Engine bay and floors are sand blasted to make way for priming.
After sand blasting, epoxy primer is applied.
Finally all parts are painted gloss black.
