This is where the 210s love to rust and where it is so hard to access and repair. Virtually impossible without using a rotisserie

First stage of stripping with a razor blade and then 100 grit sand paper

Now you dont! Carefully stripped by abrasives-very nonintrusive. This process also shows highs and lows and shows the technician where body work is

needed. Deep grind marks that are seen in the upper right area of the body in this picture are front previous "hack" work

Passenger side rear wheel arch-rust cut out-this is another classic rust area on these cars. Moisture condensing inside the big rear 1/4 settles into

the pinch weld flange and does its evil

4/5/07: Passenger side rocker-stripped and ready for body work-shows proper fitment of door BEFORE it is removed for stripping

Spare tire door blasted-this part was in unusually fine condition and can be reused. Most are beyond hope and have to be replaced
